02 Who qualifies for MEMORIAI Care?
Anyone. Care is open to individuals managing memory changes, caregivers supporting a loved one, and families who simply want a more complete record of the conversations that matter. No diagnosis or referral is needed to enroll in the free tier.
03 How does MEMORIAI Care work?
MEMORIAI is reachable through the app any time. It listens during conversations you choose to capture, transcribes them, and lets you search and recall them later — by person, date, or topic. Care+ unlocks continuous capture and full transcript history. Guardian adds The Pin and a connected care network around you.
04 What devices are supported?
The MEMORIAI app runs on iOS, with Android in development. The optional Pin wearable pairs over Bluetooth and works alongside the app for hands-free, always-on capture.
05 How do I enroll?
Download the MEMORIAI app and create an account. Care is free and active immediately. To upgrade to Care+ or Guardian, choose a plan from inside the app — no paperwork, no waiting period.
06 HIPAA compliance
MEMORIAI is built on HIPAA-aligned data handling practices. Conversation data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to you and anyone you explicitly authorize.
07 How is my data protected?
All recordings and transcripts are encrypted end-to-end. Nothing is shared, sold, or used to train outside systems. You can delete any memory, or your full account, at any time.
08 Who owns my data?
You do. MEMORIAI never claims ownership of your conversations or memories. You control what's captured, what's kept, and who else — like a caregiver or family member — is allowed to see it.
09 What conditions are supported?
MEMORIAI Care is designed for anyone navigating memory loss, brain injury recovery, early cognitive decline, or simply the everyday strain of remembering too much. It's built to support, not diagnose.
10 How does The Pin work?
The Pin is a small wearable clip that pairs with the MEMORIAI app. It enables hands-free, continuous capture throughout your day, so nothing important slips by — available with the Guardian plan.
